Terms of Service & Information

Give me as many details as you can including if you'd like the character to be posed a specific way!
Make sure you include a reference photo of your subject and the pose you'd like it to be in. This really helps ensure that I capture your subject as accurately as possible! References that help me include but aren't limited to:

- Photos
- Existing art
- Game screenshots or "character maker" screenshots
- DoodlesIf you want me to design a character for you, let me know and we'll talk about it!

Your commission will follow this process!

- The Sketch Stage

I will make as many changes to the sketch as you'd like!
I will send you a progress photo once the sketch is finished and you can let me know if you like it or if you want changes made.

- The Lineart Stage

Once I finish lining your piece I will show it to you again. I can make up to 3 changes.

- The Coloring & Rendering Stage

Once I start coloring, I will not make anymore major changes unless I made a mistake. Color changes can always be made.
If you absolutely need a line change made an additional fee will be applied depending on the complexity of the change.

- The Finished Product!!!

You will receive a .png or .jpg file per request sent to your email, discord, or other form of social media (if i have it)
You may request the .clip file along with the .png/.jpg if desired!Feel free to ask to see your commission progress at any point in time. Keep in mind I will send WIPS for every stage and sometimes send random progress reports!

All mistakes on my part WILL be corrected at any stage!

Additional Notes

I can prioritize your piece if you have a deadline, however, rush fees may be applied.Please keep all conversation related to the commission.You may not mint any of my artwork as a Non-Fungible-Token (NFT) nor can you feed my art through any AI generator. Doing so will result in you being blacklisted from doing any work with me in the future.I reserve the right to refund you for your commission and end the process of a piece for any reason.I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason.

Payment/Refunds

The customer may request a full refund if the piece has not left the sketch phase and they would like to cancel.
PARTIAL refunds are available past the sketch phase
Lining phase - 75%
Colour phase - 50%
Shading - 25%
Sketch commissions are not eligible for refunds
Payment is 100% upfront

Intellectual Property

I will ask if I'm allowed to post your commission online or use it for my gallery/self promo. If so I will watermark your commission as shown below to protect your subject/OC from theft. If not, I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission no questions needed.

You may upload the commission to your site. It is not required, but credit and a link to my gallery is very appreciated. Once a piece is paid for, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, personal physical items, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.You may not claim that my artwork was made by you or someone other than me.You may make edits to the work I do for you.You may not commercially redistribute copies of my art unless given explicit permission. You may not resell the work for reproduction or be used for business promotion unless explicitly given permission by me. This includes but is not limited to: prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.You may use the character design I have made for you in commercial endeavors, such as novels, blogs, videos, and video games. There will be a commerical fee applied and we will discuss that based on your circumstances as a creator. Regardless, I must be clearly and properly credited.
